Organizations can now manage workforce learning, certifications, site orientations, compliance training, and role-specific development activities within BIOPTRICS® while making those training records visible alongside operational and safety information inside Sofvie.
The integration helps eliminate disconnected systems, reduces administrative burden, and provides leaders with a more complete view of workforce readiness across their operations.
Through this integration, work observations, leading indicators, high-risk tasks, and near-miss data captured within Sofvie can dynamically inform role-specific learning pathways and behavioural reinforcement activities inside BIOPTRICS®.
