There are 370 million Indigenous Peoples around the world who make up 5% of the global population. They count for 1/3 of the world's population, and 15% of those in extreme poverty. When you look at the root cause of this injustice it clearly displays a multitude of systemic factors from food sovereignty, water contamination, and lack of equal basic human rights to education and healthcare.
There is a disproportionately small, fragmented land base with limited commercial and residential use, the levels of property rights over different lands, and the inequality in economic opportunities, healthcare, and infrastructure for clean drinking water. At TeamsynerG Global Consulting we are committed to building lasting connections, trust, loyalty, and effective partnerships with our Indigenous leaders and communities so we can unite in a common goal to bring reconciliation and economic prosperity for all. Our goal is to be part of a solution-driven strategy and design frameworks that are inclusive to provide the necessary training, mentoring, and effective actions that have our communities be their absolute best. We aim to unite where we have fallen and respect and honor the Indigenous cultures.
Equitable economic opportunities begin with their own land that provides sustenance for current and future generations. We value the connection to their spiritual beliefs, traditional knowledge, and teachings and know that it is a fundamental human right to self-govern and develop their communities and people to lead the future. Our entire team at TeamsynerG Global Consulting connects with the ancient beliefs and traditions. We all know we can learn so much from the Indigenous knowledge that has been suppressed, deleted or hidden. We wholeheartedly believe that the wisdom of the Indigenous People can potentially solve so many of our climate issues and save the destruction of so many of our natural ecosystems. Over the many years of experience working firsthand with many First Nation, Aboriginal Tribes in North America, Australia, and Mexico, we have come to realize that the more we elevate the success of our Indigenous people, the more we elevate the success of all people and our planet.

TeamsynerG Global Consulting has two distinct divisions of our Indigenous consulting services. The first is to support the Indigenous Peoples in leadership and economic development; provide training, skills, mentorship, and coaching.
