The program is an online, self-paced experience, allowing you to engage at your own pace and can be completed in 12 weeks. To optimize your learning, we recommend dedicating a minimum of 5 hours per week to study, practice, and apply the concepts. Each module includes practical exercises that can be applied immediately to both personal and professional situations, helping you create real-world solutions as you learn.

For optimal behavior-based shifts, we encourage you to schedule time each week to engage with the content and practice the skills. A suggested 12-week plan includes dedicating weeks 1- 10 to foundational theory, practice, and testing, with a quiz at the end of modules 2-10. No prerequisites are required for the Accountability in Action program, however there will be a prerequisite for upcoming certification programs.   

There is no final exam. However, there are many quizzes and case studies including a final project that will need to be completed with an 80% pass average for all testing to receive your certification. 

This is a self-paced program, allowing you to progress on your schedule. The training includes interactive modules, case studies, and structured exercises, building practical accountability skills with tools and frameworks you can use immediately. Each module builds sequentially, making accountability a lived, actionable behavior.
